For Verkade Chocolate we have developed a concept of “blends” of chocolates. Ranging from extra dark to extra white, this range of blends covers all the in-between possibilities of the regular dark/milk/white chocolate. For the next step we have developed the concept into three shades of milk chocolate: light milk, extra creamy milk and dark milk. For these products we have developed flavour and texture combinations with small chunks of nuts, carefully selected to enhance the type of chocolate.
