In 2017 we started a periodic consulting process for Verkade chocolate. This started with an over-all concept and creative vision on all future chocolate products. From this creative direction we have derived several conceptual products. Over the course of two consecutive years we have developed these into feasible products for which we created flavor combinations, and directed specifications, textures and looks of the final product. “Over de top” is one of the products that we developed.
